If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so online within 24 hours of your appointment. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you cancel 2 hours before an appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Any fees will be applied to your rescheduled service.
